Acceptable use

You agree not to upload content that is illegal, infringes copyright, contains malware, or violates anyone’s privacy. We reserve the right to remove any content we determine to be in violation of these terms, and to suspend accounts that repeatedly upload such content.

Service availability

We provide ScreenPaste as-is, with no guarantee of uptime, retention, or availability. Free uploads are retained for approximately 90 days but may be removed earlier at our discretion. Paid uploads are retained while the associated subscription is active.

Liability

ScreenPaste is not liable for any damages arising from use of the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months (which for free users is zero).

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
